Sounds like a great option. My 28s at Skater now having a small leak fixed on each tank. Didn't know about the tank it aluminum option. I put bladders in my 46 and they have worked great. By the way I raced against the mobile one boat in 1994 stock class. Lee Aerospace S77. Lot of fun and great memories

Yes Jim. I think this is the way to go in the long run. I love the history of this boat. Makes me feel more and more that it needs this restoration. I met you down at LOTO shootout 2012 Jim. I was down there with Brad Zastrow. Hope to see ya this year. ;-) And again, beautiful 28 you have......

Thank you and congrats on getting a cool 28!!! Look forward to seeing it when it's done! if you see me somewhere come up and say hello and I'll take you for a ride in mine. Just a little 28 fix until yours is done.

Well it took over two years, but the new "blank slate" mobile one skater is done with its glass and gelcoat work....Sitting on a new aluminum trailer. I will say it was worth the wait, cause its beautiful. Hopefully the rigging won't take another two. Lol
