Handheld GPS units

I already have a solid Garmin on the passenger side of my Sonic 31ss, but I can't see if while driving.

Are there any good handheld units that you can download charts in the $300-$500 range?

I have been very happy with this one for the last 2 years.
Easy to see and very accurate.
