Thank you 45sonic for your help, I did take a look at those boats you sent links to. I just ended up making a deal on a Fountain that was more local to me. Thanks again to all the other comments some good some crazy........

Hello all My name is Michael I am looking to buy a house any where in the world. I have $10,000 down and can pay $2000,00 per month if you can hold the loan for me. Looking for anything from 200 to 20,000 square feet would prefer somewhere warm not to cold and on the water. Let me know whatcha got?

Just to let you know I did speak to this guy multiple times on the phone about my 38. He was very cordial and professional on the phone and made his intentions and his situation very clear. At no time did I get an uneasy feeling or believe he was not a real buyer. Everyones situation is different from every other. I just saw a guy that wanted an offshoreboat again and was willing to do whatever it took to get back into the hobby. His proposal to me is not unheard of. It was just not for me. Sonic38 is for real so lets not chastise him for his limited number of posts or his questions regarding a different boat. Lots of luck with the new boat and welcome back to this great hobby.

Guess this shows how gun shy everyone is with all the fraud going on lately. And there is a lot of it! Unfortunately the serious persons get a bad rap..
