UGH! Snag in plans...
The pair of pads are going to be identical. They will both have the slant going the same diirection. We can't change this. hey are going to look like this for both sides of your boat:

Is everyone OK with this? The rubber pads are injection molded, pre-made, from a large quantity all with the same slant as in post #22. I even looked into having them being being placed square on the step. No go there either.

I am a picky SOB, and I wanted as shown in post #23.

I am willing to live with same slants; although it is NOT what I wanted.

Everyone still a go?

I would like the slants to be opposite too but the same is OK.
