Welcome that's a nice looking boat. Good luck with the drives I had a P29 Scarab with them and didn't have much luck.

I'll let you know how it runs with the drives after I get some more time on them. Worked well during the test runs that I took.

Hi,

It was this boat and Too Olds Sonic project I almost bought last fall. I ended up with another Baja with - almost - the same set up (okay guys start hamering me now - just don't do it in the Baja section!). My 302 is a 96 with twin 502s and full steering, just Bravo drives.

I called Jay down at Sonic to check it out, he said many were not built with Blackhawks. If I remember correctly, 95 with twin 502s and the dealer in seabrook wanted 55K for it without trailer. If you don't mind, how'd you do on the price? Jay estimated that this 31ss wuld do 70 - 75... right?

Take care

Well it's confirmed. Marina called today to say the work was complete and the boat is ready for my inspection. I plan on leaving about 3:00am tonight for the four hour drive to Houston. If everything looks good I plan on being back in Dallas tomorrow night and on the lake Thursday. Guess you could say that I am a little excited....
