How hard was it?

BN looked into it when he had LoveMacines 35SS. It's only 6 or 8 bolts that hold it on, plus the railing. I think he was figuring around $500 to have the holes filled.

I've debated it but I like the top that I have that mounts to the arch....so for now it stays

Too Old removed the arch on his 31SS before he sold it to Blown Formula. He did all the filling work and such himself, and even sold the arch. There should be info here or on Gen Disc. about taking it off. Do a search on Arch, or just call Fred/Too Old. He is Trick Marine, OSO advertiser, and could not be a nicer guy.

Offshore Score had his removed from his 45. Not much work involved. Some wiring and unbolt it. Fill the holes in and finish with gel or paint depending on your preference. Then put it up for sale. Someone will want it.
