Default Rub rail replacement

Ok guys, can someone recommend anyone down here around Clear Lake to re-do my rub rail and possibly fix a few small chips in the gel? There was one place down in the kemah/seabrook area that is suppossed to be good, but for the life of me I cannot remember the name.
