Great lake! It literally gets better every year... It has since I moved to Atlanta in 1999. Had a lot of fun there.

OK, for some of us it was really good 2000-2006 but thats another story! LOL

Not sure which side of the dam you were looking at?
On the Hall County side,
Lanier Park on Buford Dam Road
Big Creek on Lanier Parkway, (Holiday Road)
Shoal Creek on Shadburn Ferry Road
Van Pugh on Gaines Ferry Road
My favorite is Aqualand Marina public ramp

I use port royals dry stack, the ramp they have their is ok but works well. If you want let me know. I will tell them your guest of mine from out of town. That way your close to gas and food. Have a great day.

Almost any ramp on lake will work with a 35 until lake gets 10' or more below full pool
motor is offline
