Also note if you gonna do a system like mine budget 15K.
I know oh too well what a nice system cost. Had Justin from Waves and Wheels add a lil stereo to the eliminator so we could listen some music while crusin down the lake at 80, next thing I know it seemed as if I was upgrading it every other month. Its a never ending thing.

as for the entry level comment. I started with my cat ventures with a 25, then the 30. Thought I had the entry level covered already but who knows.

Once I get my docking situation figured out, I may take a few road trips.

In my opinion you are out of the entry-level range by for. As far as the stereo system your chest will hurt by the end of the poker run the bass and sound quality is amazing.

Good luck to you on whatever you decide. If you have any questions feel free to call.

Is there storage areas for the bumpers and such on the 36's? It appears the area behind back seat just infront of the hatches lifts up.

More storage them you think. You can fit a lot behind the seats.

All the 36's built by Jay were 10'2" beam. As far as weight the best example I can give you was zipp express which weighed 7200 lbs dry if I remember correctly. that was with 500 efi's and bravos

Thanks I talked with Jay a few times recently. Great guy to deal with for sure. Got the specs figured out. all the 36's are a touch to wide for my current slip. so working on a solution for that. He also gave me some info regarding setups to look for/avoid etc. lots of nice boats out there, just being very picky on what I get as Ill be trailering it and storing it for a bit. so gonna make sure I get exactly what I want as I wont be using it as my primary boat at my lake place, Got the ole Powertoon for that

Congrats on the sale! I didn't realize you were looking to make a move... it seems like the Spectre's offer a lot of bang for the buck. Good luck!

Thanks Quint,
I didnt plan on the selling mine this soon with the market being what it is, and I had planned that when it did sell I would just be getting another Eliminator a few feet larger but Lots of nice boats available for good prices. So now Im looking at several options to get the most boat for my money. whether thats a Spectre or Eliminator or who knows...
