Just curious are these hulls original designs by the guys at Statement or did they buy the molds from someone else?

Default copycat

After Noah built the Ark, everything after that is a copy. Depends which style you are discussing. Varies from cat, to v-hull, to center console. I own a 368 Statement center console. My boat's hull was originally a Spectre with multiple bottom mappings and changes. I beleive the bottom more resembles Nortech while the top has been modified from a Spectre and Donzi. Go to Statement on forums and checkout the center consoles on that forum. I love the finished product.
Runs nice, very dry, and quite a looker--Champagne Statement. Also, Statement offers boat tracking devices and tire pressure monitoring systems for their trailers--great features.

Let's look back to a time when Donzi was flourishing in the mid 2000's. They took on a little side project for Fearless boats and Porsche. Fearless and Porsche did the design work and Donzi was laying them up and rigging them. The only model that ever made it into production was a 28' single engine that cost $350k or something like that. There were however plans to build a 42' V and a 50' cat (the molds for those were already built). As things started to flounder at Donzi and no one was buying a $$$$ Porsche boat, one of the key people at Donzi left and joined the up and coming Statement brand. Fearless filed for bankruptcy in 2008. If you look at a 28 Fearless/Porsche and the 42' Statement there is an uncanny similarity. I have heard many different rumors so I figured I would just post this very vague synopsis.

Looks very very similar. What ever happend to the 28 mold? And how did it run? The 40 runs awesome! Surprised we haven't seen one on the race corse yet

If i had the money a canopy 40 super V would be in the works.
