Just bought that. spinning a Bravo 4 blades 30 pitch at max 4500 rpm, for 73 mph gps. What's the best prop to spin 5000-5100 and more speed? 28 4 blades? What brand?

Try a 27 Mirage Plus. I have tried 4 blades on my Rocket and it gives it too much stern lift. This size Sunsation seems to like 3 blade props better. Also you need to get your RPM up around 5200 I would think with a HP 500.
If the Bravo handles well on the boat, I would think going to a 26" Bravo I would give you another 300-350 RPM and then getting it labbed should net you another 300 RPM, putting you around 5100-5150 which should be ideal for your motor. While a 3 blade will give you the "best" top speed, your cruise speed will suffer as will your ability to get on plane. Steve
Lets keep in mind there that the Agressor is a light narrow boat that responds very well to a bow lifting prop. For years they came from the factory with Mirage 3 blades on them when other style props were available. Getting on plane with an Agressor is not an issue. Lee who is a moderator on the Sunsation page had good luck with a 3 blade Hydromotive Turbo. I have been running a labbed Mirage plus. Just my 2 cents!
We tried a maximus (26 or 27 can't remember) Pushed the speed needle down the bottom of the gauge, even a little bit more, and the max on gauge is 80! Maybe a real 77-79 GPS... happy with the result!
I have a 24 Superboat, very similar hull to the Agressor. I run a 28P Bravo 1. The boat came with a Mirage+ and the handling was terrible. The Bravo 1 made a HUGE handling difference. Top speed was pretty much the same and mid range speeds were much better.
I'd try a labbed 28P Bravo 1 4-blade.
