Default To Sunsation 32 owners !!

Please check out the video section above, the one from Destin '07. Very scary, quit a few lessons learned there.

Why only 32 Sunsation owners? That accident would have just easily happened in your outlaw running that lose in those conditions. The boat looks to to be overtrimmed and the tabs are up which caused the trip.

Where have you been Goodtyme? That was months ago with several threads talking about it. John and his crew had some injuries and are healing so we are thankful for that.

There were about 20 Sunsations on that run so it did happen to a Sunsation but any boat could have tripped in those conditions he was just unlucky enough to have it on film for all to see.

Just saw it in the video section and didnt see many sunsation responses on it, and I am WELL aware that can happen to most any boat, only seen it happen to tunnel hulls though, not V's like that.

My bad just saw the other thread here, Take Care and Boat Safe

I used to travel with a guy in the early 80's that raced SST120class, Miller sponsored him, so I saw some pretty bad blow overs with those, I did see a V race, where the guy went straight up in the air from a shotgun start, they had to fish him out. Then family life came along, ski and wakeboarding, and now here I am, so no not personnally, when I am running 72, my tabs are at neutral in smooth water and adjust them down depending on how bad the water is. I have always been mentored that you keep the boat as level as possible.
