My guess is the 375hp would be 64-65mph. Hurt resale? Doubt it, but if you are worried about resale, eg, getting money back out of your investment - boats are not the way to go - just my opinion.
As magic said - graghics are paint, and clear coated over the paint.
With all that said - you cannot find a better company than Sunsation to buy from. Their customer suppost is un-paralled, regardless if you buy new or used.
