Default 1075 combo?

Has anyone ever installed a pair of Merc 1075's in a 32ft Sunsation? I think it would be a complete rocket!

Cool, I have a cottage near there, Wolfe Island actually, just West of Alex Bay.

I would think you would need No. 6 drives? I cant see much else holding up to the power those motors make. Its not a project I am considering right now, its definately more of a financial committment than I can afford!

Thanks for the info!, sounds like a wicked boat!

I didn't think a pair of 1075s with trannys would fit in the 32 engine compartment. Either way it would be insane, way too much power for that hull. You can get over 100 with way less power than that.

Agree. Don't think there is room for the pair with tranny's, drives, sump tanks, etc., let alone the weight in the transom. Not sure you could ever get a top speed as you would run out of bottom before you hit WOT.

Yes, 600's and XR drives. Runs a tad over the century mark.
