Another question for dave

Dave, tell me about the new Innovator, what's the performance as compared to a Dominator. What is the cabin space like, etc.

I just received the 2002 brochure and it looks real interesting but need more pictures.

Ideally I would be looking at a pair of 496HO's, potentially with standoff boxes. I have a '99 27' Formula now with a HP500EFI and I did not realize how expensive that blue paint can be to work on. So I would rather get the most out of the black paint 496's and not go wih the HP series again.

Anyone else with expereince with this boat please contribute.

Bill,

Give Lorrie a call here at the plant (810-794-4888) and have her send you the brand new brochure with all new pictures and infomration on the Innovator. Can't quite give you updated performance numbers on the new redesigned Michael Peters hull. The new molds are two weeks from getting in, but we're quite confident the Innovator will outdo the Dominator due only to the stepped hull. It does have more space all around and has the many "innovative" setups in and all around the boat. It is a real show stopper and dock stopper.
