I'm on the fence with regard to the step myself. Joe said he told me about the new full step when I drove out to the factory,, I must have been a zombie from the all nighter we pulled driving out there and never caught that,,, seems pretty significant for me to not catch on to.. Regardless,,, I don't think Sunsation would put out a hull that wasn't fully tested and dialed in. It's a small step, about 3/4" from what I have heard, and our boat being one of the first ones out, I'm hoping it's not very noticeable compared to a straight V..

Wanna trade Chris?

My guess is you are going to love the new hull...especially if it eliminates the slight porpoise in flat water.

You bet guys, no flat water porpose on the new 288 hull bottom - It really is a great new hull. Wayne and Dave Morioty did an absolutey awesome job.

I wonder if those two, Dave and Wayne Morioty, think a extention box would help the now old hull?

Just thinking, now that the porpose is gone, was it due to more bow lift? Or less? Or something different??

I wonder I wonder?
