stopped in NC, to crash for the nite. (hmmm...bad choice of words )
anyway , Eric and I are fine. not a scratch. we almost considered getting back in to finish the race. but the heat started to get to us and we decided to call it a day. we lost the air scoop and a mirror, and that was it. And my shorts were still clean!!!! so there
what a rush!!! next time, I'll make sure we do it with the helo above us
good thing i went to Jim Black's sermin Sunday morn.

The boat was running better speed than it ever has and making up ground. My only suggestion would be keep the scoop off this time.
