I need a little help, and I'm sure that someone here has the answer.

1.) When was the last time APBA or SBI raced less than three races at their World Championships? (not including a storm situation)

2.) How many of the last 25 years has this happened?

The furthest back that I can find is 1988 (from a Sports Illustrated article no less.....................

And to think they used to run a Kilo Run through the harbor there on Thursday between races too!

I hadn't heard that - would love to have seen it though. What was the first year you went to KW Sharkey?

I was there in 1987,88,89,90,91 and 95 if memory serves me right???

I probably drank a beer and watched you run at a few of those! Were all of those races a three race format?

I know that back in 88 they ran 3 races. When we raced in 95 it was two races. The last time SBI ran a two race format was New Orleans 2002. In 2003, SBI went back to a three race format.

I believe APBA LLC ran two race worlds.
