Thank You from Morehead City
Just wanted to extend a Thank You from the Outer Banks Power Boat Association and the Town of Morehead City.
The teams that came made a huge impact on our town. You left them begging for more.
My telephone has not stopped ringing with Thanks from everyone who attended and benefited from the race.
We have some great pictures that we will post in the next day or two.
We hope you all enjoyed yourselves, and come back next year for a bigger and better event.
This weekend was about racing and not about what organization you race with.
Thanks again, for all of your support.

We had a blast and cant wait till next year...I've never seen a town roll out the red carpet the way they did for us, and they have to be the biggest race fan I have ever seen. The wall was packed I cant believe the turn out on race day ...It looked liked Outer Mole at Key West wall to wall people. Count us in for next year and anything we can do to help we're in...

You deserve more than one checkered flag for all you did. Congratulations to you and your people for organizing such a good weekend of not only racing, but creating such a perfect venue..........good job - well done!!!
All the support boats you sent to me were so receptive and anxious to be a part of the race.
Can't wait until we do it again.

Jeff,
You guys really outdid yourselves - - what a great race venue and race course. Not sure how much you had to do with the weather, but that was great also!!! The town officials and the spectators couldn't have been nicer - - it was really a pleasure talking to them in the pits and answering their questions.
Thanks again for all your efforts and we're looking forward to returning next year.

We all had a great time in Morehead City. Everyone was excited about the event. Parties were terrific. We can't wait until next year.

Jeff,Thank-you for all your hospitality!The course was fun,the town was friendly and you guys put on a first class event which will just continue to grow.Next year we'll bring the blower motors and slay that cat-killer.Thank-you again and our team had a geat time. Gary-NICHOLS OFFSHORE

Despite the fact that it takes longer to drive up to Morehead City from West Palm Beach than it took us to fly both ways across the Atlantic from the UK, cos we've only just got home, we had a great time at a great venue organised by great people. For us the event was a test session as we hadn't run the hull/engine combo before but we wouldn't have missed the experience for the earth! - The Player/Chris Witty.
