I only see Bob @ the St Cloud Spring Fling each year with year its on the 6th of April, maybe some F1 guys from the past such as Gino Marrone or Frank Sarro know how to get up with him.

Also I do have a history with that particular model(I was partners on the #006 Hull) if you have any imediate questions feel free to email me @[email protected], Shane Barrett(Shane B on OSO) also used to own one and raced his. I am familiar with the boat, but Bob was always the master when it came to that model. I think he owns a company based in Orlando called Christie's Photography if that helps any.

How many boats can we really expect to see in this class this year. I've always been a fan of the class and would like to see it come back.

Mike,

Officially there is one committed to the class at this time. Another team has committed via OSO and in several e-mails, but has yet to register(which would make it official) To date, 6 teams have contacted me and have expressed interest. Other than that it would be just plain "whistling Dixie up your ___" Our team already has plan B if the class should not exist, but at this moment it is alive and we welcome all challengers.

Also with everyone showing the professionalism that this sport deserves on OSO this winter, several associate sponsors that want to put money into the class have really taken an interest and they are open again for discussions if something can be put together by the class. In discussions with those teams interested the money would be used towards entrys and/or make the purse larger. Purse is already at $5000.00.

Trent

Has Al got his boat back together from the incident in Key West? How many boats does there need to be in Miami to keep the class alive?
