New York Offshore Grand Prix
Sharkey-Images will have coverage of the NY OFFSHORE GRAND PRIX.
It appears to be a very cloudy day with a chance of showers on and off.
I will load images as time allows....
For now, here are some images from area .....
Enjoy !

I ventured to the Hudson River today in some heavy down pours of rain hoping in typical NY Fashion getting an hour window of opportunity that it would stop raining once I got to my shooting location for the event.
Sure enough, I arrived just around 12 Noon and set up on a pier on the west side. There was a total of about 6 people there but as the event progressed into the final laps about another 15 people came out to watch.
The event was one and done !
I was literally back in my truck by 1 PM and headed back to the Crane area to meet up with some of the particpants I rarely see until this event each year. Shooting roughly a total 650 images with not much to really get excited about as so many shots became the same lap after lap it but it made things easy to only pick a handful to save.
While at the crane, the window of opportunity with no rain closed and it proceeded to rain the rest of the day...
It certainly made for one easy day to cover this event...
So here I start out with Talk'n Trash :
All images will be online eventually at: http://www.Sharkey-Images.com/
Enjoy !
