Who is Miss Mary Mac?????

Answer: Mary Mac Chaney is the recently deceased mother of Owner Richard Chaney. When he built the boat he chose to name it after his mother as a symbol of respect. There is also reference to an old "ironclad" boat from the cival war period but it has different spelling. Least this is all of the information I could find on the net.

BTW a nice boat and good to see added competition in the class.
