Default advice on best viewing for nationals

my lady and I will be on shore & want to have a brunch type meal if possible like the Lido or Holiday Inn do in sarasota. Ideal would be not just gulf front on the course, but several stories elevated. Any suggestions? A regular meal is fine also. Isn't the a hyatt up there along the course? thnx for the help

For someone that just wants to watch the race-the view is great from the beach, but get there early as parking can be a challenge. They do have a cool & efficient trolly system there that will drop you near the front of pier 60. It will be in the upper 80's and only slight chance of rain during race time
