Default SVL Key West

Looks like a good class this year. If Sun Print shows I will go with them. For now Im going with Boat Floater (Kildals
family). They ran great at the OPA worlds. Good luck to all the teams. You have to finish all 3 races to have a shot at the title. Heck we won one year and never came in first in any of the heats. Run hard but be smart if thats possable. LOL

Im going to take the high road on this one.

Jeff wish I could have made it. If you are not aware there are 2 differant motor packages for the SVL class and depending on which org you run with. OPA/OSS has a stock Merc. unmodified 525/Vortec and SBI has a modified Merc. 525/Vortec. There is a solid 100 more HP differance when built to the max. Looks like a good group of boats racing this week.

Boatfloater was doing good for a while but lossing ground. Then they must have had an issue and fell way back. Gibons got in front of them at the finish.
Im thinking the water was big on the outside with the wind I was watching on the live stream. Looks like some teams are going to need more power to punch threw and keep speed.
I will wait to congradulate anyone till after a solid motor inspection is done.
One down and 2 to go.
