30 Y2k with twin small blocks?
Saw one yesterday at the Hot Toddy Run. Any info on the performance with this setup and cost as well. Would be nice to have the warranty and speed. It looked as if it sat pretty low in the ass.

I think there has only been one 30'Y2K built with twin i/o.
If it's the one I'm thinking of, it has twin 320HP/6.2 Mercs.
Top Speed 80+mph.

I have pics of the setup. Not staggered. And if I''m not mistaken, I heard it goes 84.
True, it''s nice with a 6 year warranty. 6.2, 320 hp.

Re: 30 Y2k with twin small blocks?
I saw the boat at the Hot Toddy Run but he did not have the hatch up. That seems to be the way to go. I am very interested in the $ it would go for on that set. If anyone has pics I would like to see how tight it is under the hatch.

I don't think it will fly level with all that weight in back. But then again it will be no worse than 99% of the boats out there in this size range. The reason I went with Superboat is, it's one of the few 30+ foot boats that will run fast without twins and the extra weight, fuel, maintenance ect...
