Hey Nolimits,
A run around Shelter is a great idea.
We still haven't heard from any other of your south shore brothers. Get on your neighbors Tripps and Zuperboat...
Drove past their houses yesterday to deliver the message in person. No sign of life. Will call tripps soon if he doesn't post.... Zuperboat might need permission from the Mrs. where as Tripps might need the Mrs. boat to get him there I'm making all kinds of friends this morning..

Sounds like we have a plan!
We can plan a place to meet for the south shore crew when it gets a little closer to the date,
gferdon I think we met once before also , and I guess I will have to ask nolimits to slow down so i can keep up! Pure energy if you make it I can give you the info on all the setups I have tried, when I got my Y2K there were not many out there and even fewer with big power, so it was alot of trial and error(still is)
Ohzone we havnt met ,id love to see your boat too you have the black hull no?
So I will be bringing the Mrs and probably kids , who will make the call to Claudios? I cant wait

Jim

Yes, it does sound like we'll have a great crew!
I am sure that we won't have a space problem at Claudio's being that the date is before Memorial Day. There is also a large town dock next to the ferry if Claudio's does for some reason fill up.
If Pure Energy is out at his summer home, maybe he can do a drive by for us. Or I can give them a shout when we get a little closer and have a better idea of how many boats we'll be.
Now let's all get them running and waxed up...

Hmmm, still no sign of tripps???

Talk to you all later,

If we arive at Claudio's at 11:30 at this time of year we should be good. The town dock looked difficult to tie up to last I looked. Nothing on the piling's , high etc... No matter we should all be able to raft up at Claudio's just fine. The call should get us a better price. WHat would we do after the fact? Besides eat, drink tell stories?

Jim, Gary will have a spanking new 35 Exec..... Pretty boat.... Might even be a maiden voyage....

The southshore guys could start out from just east of the RMC bridge in Babylon at say 9:30 - 10. We could then meetsomewhere in the Shinecock or just in the Peconic for more at say 11:00....

If the guys st the Babylon start want to do the ocean, we would be there faster....
