Authority= Mr. John Coen himself... We were talking yesterday about speed and I asked him the million dollar question: how much hp to hit 100mph? He said that the first Y2K bottom w/ 800hp MRD motor in it hit 95 out of the box, no dialing in or anything. He felt 850 was enough to get there and that any more was over-kill.
1000hp= 115mph!!!!!
1000hp= 115mph!!!!!

Mike will gladly tell us all about her...
Built in 1999 with the Tempest deck and Y2K hull, she is one of a kind...
