I would say no. Older SBs had a flat deck,

Looks like it. Aside from the retrofitted windshield. It's a 24. And Jack, the older 24's didn't have flat decks, They are curved like the newer ones. Except the windshield area is squared off, unlike the curved windshield ( SS grab handle) of the older ones.

I know the 80 ish boat John built for Tom Fantozzi had a slight lift in the deck but nothing like the one in the pic.

Yup, my Dad had a 1980 24' Ex.
Like FX said, a shot of the dash would help.

I think your right Johnny, there was an Excaliber at a marina near me for a couple of years sitting on land, and it did look like that boat.
