Rick and Rik, thankyou both for bring so much info to this thread on the Surface drive. Only time will tell ( perhaps a new Y2K and a new factory install ). Pat, Mike your never ending knowledge make this site GREAT !!!!! Thanks Gary

Rik,
If this ASD6 was set up at the factory from day one. What kind of speed increase would it be from, say a Bravo XR ?The hull does 84 now, with a single 525.
