Suberboat Cat for sale

Found a 1988 superboat cat for sale on ebay. I've never seen one before - so I thought somebody here may be interested. As says it only weighs 2600lbs. Is that right? How can that be? My 24 python weighed more than that and this boat is almost 32 ft. So...........can you throw in a pair of small blocks and still get 70mph in these things?

2000 Superboat 24 Step Bottom - Fresh 501
The HIN starts with "IMG" which decodes to Image boat manufacturing in Algonac Michigan. Not built by Superboat I don't believe.

I believe the Image and Shadow Cat are one in the same(or at least close to it).

This is definitely not a Superboat.
