Y2k 38 Comp
Rick, It's about time that a few of us, Y2K owners need to step up, the most natural progression for the Y2K to be lengthened to 36/38 ft enabling the builder to rig the boat with a pair of staggered big block motors of choice, a pair of 700 NXT'S will catapolt this boat to the the next level, 110/115mph. This would be the ultimate Y2K. Rick, if you BUILD it, they will COME.

Just buy the Donzi Gary.

Tooling up to build a 38 would cost a fortune. Maybe a new deck for the 34’ would be doable?
Now a 30' CC with a small cabin up front would be a nice addition to the Superboat line...

Mike, I saw the Activator ( very nice boat ) a few weeks ago, along with a couple of Donzi ZR Comps running up and down the bay. And it started me thinking again how Awesome the Stretched Y2K would look in the market place. I guess with the Economy being sluggish, JC is not gonna R and D that project. Too bad, I'm sure that boat would run nice with a pair of 496's, let alone some big power. Oh well nice to dream !!!!
