i lowered my bolsters as well.they will no longer swing out. they hit the floor and are in the way of your feet I lowered mine 3" and installed a tilt helm and windshield. it is perfect now. no BS i can talk on my cell and cruise at 58

wen u guys are lowering the bseats... what are you doing about the metal vertical support?
i know the outside of the seat bolts into the side of the boat... but the inside has the vertical support.
are you just cutting it and getting it welded back together? getting a new one made?

They just lowered the seat bottom not the whole seat.
If you do this on a 24 the seat will no longer swivel away without hitting the floor.
