Saw the boat, it is coming our great! Saw the mockup of the new splash well, looked really nice. And the removable rear bench was done, Rick was able to throw it in the other 30 CC they are building for stock, looks real good and pretty functional as well (Rick, agree on those hand rails!)

Sean, those are plugs (prototypes). Once completed, they are primed wetsanded then polished. Then given wax after wax after wax and so on. Then a mold is made from them. Then the mold has to get wetsanded, polished, waxed and waxed and waxed and so on. Then! we can make a part. Tons of sanding. It's great for the arthritis in the elbow's. and the back.

My bad.....meant to say plugs, you've only explained it to me about 20 times now
