So im thinking 2small blocks 383'400'454's putting out 550-600 hp per side on xr drives. should get the new bottom well over 100 !!!

Gary,
The setup you have now is about as good as it gets in a Y2k. You know the boat in and out and it's best setup with a single.
If you want to go real fast buy/build a 32-36ft twin engine CAT.

It might be OK if you build all aluminum engines to keep the weight down.
That Y2K with the twin 6.2s used to be kept on a canal close to my wife's cousin on the south shore. That boat sits real low in the water.

Na... you'd loose the back seat. I think we've gone around on this one before.
Gary, if you want a 100+mph Y2K, swap your drive for a Konrad or a Speedmaster and bolt on a blower...
