The date stamp of the files on my computers show Aug 30,2012
perhaps John Jr. can chime in with the hardware that went in them. Around that time I was very busy getting another boat company into the Miami Int'l Boat Show, so I wasn't around the SB factory. I couldn't take pics of the finished boats.

but you're right, from the looks of the last pic, it looks like the steering is not transom mounted dual steering pistons.
maybe the customer will upgrade in stages? I know that the blue boat is a race layup. hardware can be swapped for better ones later.
all guesses on my part
