Whats up Folks... Sorry to hear about all the casualties.. I myself had a fuel pump and a water pump which those of you who did the Claudios run know all about.. Not bad all in all. (knock wood) I just blew through 180 gallon$ of fuel on my vacation last week, it ws the BOMB!!

Pat, Definitely gonna hook up with sb30 for another run, we just havent decided where and when, SUGGESTIONS ARE WELCOME.

73 days til I make that walk!!

DEAD MAN WALKIN!

From my other post:

Looks like the next trip will soon be to NY!! Can't wait - we are going to want to do a shake down run with some folks up there, hopefully the weather gods will continue to smile! Anybody in for another run to Miss Liberty? We would love to get photos of our boat in front of the Statue of Liberty before we head back to Texas. If all goes well we'll try to arrange it so we have a free Saturday in NY whenever JC says 'come get her'!!

I expect to do this at the end of September - any other ideas??

Keith

Krak,
NY is easy for me...Just let me know the date you were planning to go and I'll join (except for Sept 26, I have a Triathlon race that day)...Chances are you WILL get stopped by the Coast Guard for routine checks. Its kind of freaky as they speed towards you with the machine guns on deck, but they are actually pretty cool about it. Just make sure your up on all your safety gear.

Hey SB30, Did you get that type IV throwable yet?

Yes! I posted my boat in the classifieds! Also ran it in Newsday. All this talk is got me jones'in for a 30 Y2K. I was waiting to see if anyone was going to see it. I absolutely love my boat but my lifestyle is changing. Also stopped by to see JC and plant a seed if he knows of anyone in the market for my ride and also see the work in progress on the one he's building.

With all these 30y2k's being built there should be some used ones available in a few years.

I am very interested in the Oct. 16th CT River Run. If anyone knows more let me know. I would like to meet some of you guys. I am starting to think bigger. Anyone looking for a pristine 2003 24' Superboat?

It is the "6th Annual". Never been there. But last year looks like they had a big showing & good time (& 2 boats went under).

I already told the wife not to plan anything for me on the 16th of October...
Hopefully I don't break my boat again! At least not before then.
