its a shame, that one of THE BEST boat building Co discusses family infighting. That father and son could never get along well. Both have such great minds and just look at their work. the quality of glass and mold work out shines 95% of the businesses and the article captures negative issues...As crazy as they are, they sure make one hell of a battle wagon...my old 30 was built same if not more strong then my 41 apache.

but nice work Jr. now make some boats!

I couldn't agree with you more. Since my divorce, my Dad and I are closer than ever before. However, I probably wouldn't be involved with Rich, Jr. if it weren't for the problems they have. Many, many years ago my cousin bought Offshore Speed and Ski from Jim Goodrich who was Sutphen's premier Distributor. I looked into buying that business back then as well, 1984 or so. For personal reasons I didn't get involved with my Cousin, however, I always recognized Sutphen as a dominant name in the boating industry. Now with my partner, Morgan Haak, I proudly represent one of the best boat builders out there. We are going to build the best boats we can so that all of you will be proud to mention the name once again.

As our ending video promo states " Sutphen, We're out to get cha" !

YEAH BABY!!

John,

Thanks for making the drive down to the show to see the blue boat, yes it does show better in person than in the pictures. Keep in touch and let me know what you want to do with that outboard deal.

Morgan
