I'm looking at an 1983 Rum Runner with twin 350's (maybe 300HP each?) w/Alpha drives. Supposedly it only does 67 on gps? Seems a little slow looking at these comparisons... maybe it's propped wrong or is it a weight or drives issue?

No, it's in Jaxsonville. I went down there 2 weeks ago to look at it, called and emailed the guy and he never contacted me. But, he relisted it so it must still be for sale -
