No, the boat these came off of had seperate trim switches on the dash.

are the shifters still up for sale? does the unit have the plastic cover that says quicksilver on it? what kind of condition is the shifter in cosmetically?

They are still available. The sticks and box look good, just need cleaning, the plastic cover could use some attention, it is not broken or cracked but I would clean it up and paint it or put on more vinyl like the factory had.
Look in the attached pic, you can see where the vinyl is peeling.
