From the bottom of the intake to the top of the flame arrestor is 17-3/16". You need to add 1/2" for the nut to hold on the flame arrestor.

Looks like you would need 18" to get 1/4" clearance from the engine hatch.

they would actually be for a 29 outlaw. the plan was to sell my 502MPI's to the guy with the 29 , and there is a guy I have been talking to with a set of 500 EFI'S I want

now just need to figure out what I need to do to the 502 MPI's to support these then drop into the 29

THEN put the 625 kit on the 500's for my boat.

Im tired just thinking about it !!!!!
