Heck, it can be anywhere as far as I care, just asking a question on if things have changed. The title of the section says no complete boats. Does offering to sell it without power fulfill the spirit of that statement? If so, any boat posted could add a line saying they would consider selling without power and then post here as well.
Kinda like Rattlesnakes answer though.

If you put one out there without spending the money, I am pretty sure they will pull it.

Actually if you guys want to be smart a$$es, which is the point of this website, if you pay for an ad, which I did, then the moderators don't care if you put a thread out there.
If you put one out there without spending the money, I am pretty sure they will pull it.
