Default Merc HP Cast Aluminum Mark 4 Oil Pan

This is an aluminum finned Mark 4 Mercruiser HP oil pan.
This pan was used on older HP engines like the HP465, 525SC etc...

Perfect condition.

$250 or swap for 14qt pan.

Hi Derek,

Do you happen to have a dipstick tube and dipstick for one like that?

BTW, going to measure for seats tonight, thanks for those specs. Also working on my wish list list for you, this oil pan reminded me I need a dipstick and tube for my 370 TRS :-)

Thanks,

Dave

Dave,

These pans use a block mounted dipstick, I can still get them from Merc I believe. I also have a chrome version that will work but it does not go to the bottom to allow sucking out the oil.

Yeah, mine goes to the fitting on the bottom side of the oil pan. If you come across a nice one please toss it on the pile for me.

Thanks and sorry for the slight OT.

Dave
