280s complete with hardware and line and pumps. Just powdercoated plates and mounting plates. POR15 used on the rams. All hardware $1000+ shipping 978 490 5281

it looks like there is a long bolt holding the cylinder together?

no, those are just the pins for the plate to the mounting bracket. i can assemble it if u would like. theses are in very good shape with powdercoating that was just done. they have normal wear from coming off of a 1990 boat.
