Default mercruiser gil manifolds

these are off my boat. they pressure test good. i changed over to the hardins marine shortie headers for the polished look.
they are salt water used and show some corrosion here and there but all gaskets seal. they can use a couple of heli-coils.

$500

this one has what looks like a crack on the divider. its not leaking water but its there

I was thinking of getting two sets of hardin headers for my cafe, how do they sound compared to the gil manifolds? I have dry tailpipes Im wondering how they will sound compared to cmi headers. Any issues with water reversion?
