The ordering instructions for the jackets make it sound like they are all custom fit. How does it work out to buy used jackets? I'd like to have one for me and the wife at least.

I think there some standard general tailoring inferred. If you look at the sides on the Poker ones you can see the adjustment straps and opening for general sizing to make larger or smaller.
