I ran it through a trans later......
Pantera is panther in spanish .......oops it does look like a p&d or my '73 eagle,and splashes named other things.
Heres the translation as bad as it is

It Needs a Complete transome And Rear Stringers. Selling Boat Complete less motors And Drives. Have One complete 383 And One Complete Drive With nosecone also. great boat hate To sell But Buying Another Race boat
