1989 Chaparral 2550 SX hull on trailer
Hi,
hope I am following the rules to post this here, since this is just a hull. No power, no exhaust, no gimbal, no drive. The electrical to the boat is there including gagues, nothing from the engine.
Anyway, it is a 1989 Chapparal 2550 SX cuddy cabin. The boat looks ok on the outside, but needs work. This boat has classic lines and looks to be well put together.
The floor needs to be partly replaced, and the transom also needs work.
The cockpit is complete but the vinyl is stained. The cuddy is almost empty, only the forward v-berth is in there. All other interior is gone.
Was set up for a 454 with Bravo.
It comes on a really nice aluminum boggie trailer. I havent used it for more than 50 miles but is seems fine. The bearings are ok for shorter trips but they need to be replaced before a 500 mile trip.
Price is $1750 firm, since I figure the trailer alone is worth $1500. I have title for the boat, not for the trailer. The boat need a double transfer since I bought it for export but changed my mind. The trailer has a license plate but nothing more.
Located near the Fort Lauderdale International Airport.
Pictures available!
