i have a 1990 22 velocity no motor set up for mercury outboard solid boat but is starting to show stress cracks knees were never connected to the transom from the factory someone with fiberglass skill can steal this boat i have found 0 rot on this boat solid floors tramsom i resealed everything on the transom when i bought it and all holes were dry it has hydro steering and hydro jack plate gelcoat shines nice does have 1 layer of bottom paint from previous owner comes with take it anywhere trailer title for boat and trailer tie in knees and it is ready to go $2500 with out trailer
