I have finally decided to post this nice pair of SBC that i built for myself last year for my Wellcraft Nova that ended up selling to a great guy here in OSO when i found my beautiful 272 sr1 which is running great with 454's with no issues after 100 hours of use, so i didnt want to swap engines,I just kept the 383's for a while just in case i needed them and I decided to sell them now,ALL NEW PARTS have over $20,000 invested in them Including all accesories P/S pump,New Stainless Marine Manifolds and Risers( Risers bought them used but pressure checked by SM) Marine MSD ignition Box(blue ones)MSD distributor,MSD Hi Performance Blaster Coil ,Bob Madara designed and provided the Hydraulic Roller Cam and also the PBM lifters to go with it) Block is reconditioned .30 over.
built by Power Source Distributor in Miami(30 years of experience) and also Dyno tuned by Mesa Balancing Racing ( Laz Mesa).Engines are very conservative, and were built looking for reliability. I did not want to push them for more HP, Note that the 400hp are obtain at 5200 rpm and the peak torque of 460 lb/tq at 3000 rpm and maintaining it further up in the power band.
