Yep., needs both gear sets and the upper shaft. I may just put it back together for a spare, but I already have 1 spare, so I don't really need this one.

Well I don't need it for a spare, I need it as a not too distant future replacement for one of my standards. I'm trying to do that as economically as possible, just like everyone else. You said make an offer. If you decide to put it back together PM me on the price. Thanks.
